How do I download phaeronix?
I am trying to download phaeronix through bittorrent
But I could download nothing :(
Nor even a single byte
Please Help me.
Also If I want to make version of phaeronix for KDE.
Do U have any tips for me to port phaeronix with no problems?
I mean for example:
If u run specific GUI application for Gnome when u detect a special hardware
i.e. run battery application if u detected a battery info in /proc

phaeronix .torrent has come
phaeronix .torrent has come to the best trackers, but I can't find any .md5sum or .sha1 files, neither with the .iso nore in here.
tell me if I missed it, or could you please add it to this website.

md5sum
the bittorrent download will automatically check the md5sum of every chunk and the final download.
However, I will post the md5sum when I return home.
Currently I am stuck in post-emergency shift in the hospital :P
I do have a gpg key, never got around to using, will do that too when I get home.

Yes you're right. Even so we tend to prefer having a md5sum file included that I can check with the ISO & burned CD/DVD.

What's it all about ? - Please Help !

I'm new here, so forgive me for my stupidity, but I am very confused as to what this whole site is all about.
I've had a look at some of the posts in here, viewed some of the images, and downloaded some video.
Can someone please tell me if these photos & video of transparent windows are actually working?
And if they are real and working, how do i get my machine to do that?
I refer specifically to the image named XGL!

I know the old version ( 0.8 ) is no longer available for download, but it's old anyway. Please wait for the next ( yet to be released ) version. Coming very soon I hope.
As to making a kde version, I won't do it personally, becasue I don't prefer KDE, and there are plenty of KDE live-cds out there. but one my friends Cvirus, is trying to do that. Maybe you can join him. Come to #phaeronix on irc.freenode.net and we can have a chat.
You will have to try and find a replacement for the programs I include in phaeronix. I believe each program has a counterpart built using QT and KDE libs. Including the hardware stuff like, battery applets and such.
