tracker down & server load problems

I'm a gentoo user and i was really looking for a live distro gentoo based. This phaeronix really impressed me, but i can't get it anywhere. The tracker is down and trying to download it from the mirror is impossible because of server load. is it normal? should i wait for long?

Is the tracker is down then

If the tracker is down then I've got nothing to do .. If it is up I'll seed it for you .. Just give me 10 minutes from now :)
