An unofficial patch to GTK+ just released on gnomefiles.org along with it's panel applet, allow all programs to have their menu bar in a common place. Here the gaim conversation window has it's menu in the top panel. When I switch to epiphany's window it will put it's menu there too.

It's a cool hack and will appeal specially to MAC look alike freaks. However I want to see if it actually helps with usability.
